Etude antibactérienne des huiles essentielle de Juniperus oxycedrus au niveau du Park national el kala la wilaya d’el taref

Abstract

Résumé Notre travaille à été réalisé sur une plante médicinale genèvrier cade " Juniperusoxycedrus " de la région d'El kala, est une l'une des espèces du genre juniperus de la famille des cupressaceés , ce sont des arbustes ou des petits arbres très apprécié pour leur richesse en composants biologiquement actifs, largement utilise dans la médecine traditionnelle .Ce travaille à porté sur une étude de la wilaya d’el taref, une enquête ethnobotanique , après une étude histologique puis un screening phytochimique et après extraction de huiles essentielles, et enfin une étude antibactérienne ( CMI et CMB ),-les résultats de screening phytochimique montrent la richesse en métabolites secondaires , alcaloïdes, tanin, composés réducteurs, flavonoïde, sterol, terpénoïde, polyphénol, amidon...,Pour les huiles essentielles, nous n'avons obtenu que des traces, et cela peut être dû à plusieurs facteurs artificiels ou peut-être naturels. et pour l'activité antibactérienne, montrent une réelle activité de 3 échantillons pour 4 du souches bactériennes testés, ce ci est apporte par la littérature, et donc la possibilité de utilise cette plante pour le traitement de certaines maladies. This work focused on a study of the wilaya of el taref, an ethnobotanical investigation, after a histological study then a phytochemical screening and after extraction of essential oils, and finally a antibacterial study (CMI and CMB),-the results of phytochemical screening show the richness in secondary metabolites, alkaloids, tannin, reducing compounds, flavonoid, sterol, terpenoid, polyphenol, starch...,For essential oils, we have no obtained only traces, and it may be due to several man-made or maybe natural factors. and for the antibacterial activity, show a real activity of 3 samples for 4 of the bacterial strains tested, this is provided by the literature, and therefore the possibility of using this plant for the treatment of certain diseases.
