التعليم المقاولاتي ودوره في دعم إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة:

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور التعليم المقاولاتي في دعم إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، كما تسعى إلى عرض تجارب دولية ناجحة في التعليم المقاولاتي ونماذج لمؤسسات ناشئة بغية استخلاص أهم متطلبات نجاح هذا النوع من المؤسسات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التعليم المقاولاتي يدعم المقاولاتية والمبادرة الشبابية بشكل فعال من خلال تنمية المهارات الريادية والابتكارية لدى الطلبة وتحفيز التفكير النقدي والمبادرة الذاتية، بالإضافة إلى توفير بيئة تعليمية حاضنة للمشاريع الناشئة عبر الحاضنات والمرافقة وتقليص الفجوة بين مخرجات التعليم ومتطلبات سوق الشغل وهذا ما تم إثباته من خلال عرض التجارب الدولية الناجحة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاقتراحات الهامة أبرزها ضرورة قيام الدولة بتعزيز ودعم التعليم المقاولاتي من خلال زيادة التوعية لدى الطلبة، مما ينعكس إيجابا على إنشاء المؤسسات الخاصة بهم.

This study aims to demonstrate the role of entrepreneurship education in supporting the establishment of start-ups. It also seeks to present successful international experiences in entrepreneurship education and models of start-ups in order to extract the most important requirements for the success of this type of institution. The study results showed that entrepreneurship education effectively supports entrepreneurship and youth initiative by developing students' entrepreneurial and innovative skills, stimulating critical thinking and self-initiation, and providing an educational environment that nurtures start-up projects through incubators and mentorship, and by bridging the gap between education outcomes and labor market requirements. This was demonstrated through the presentation of successful international experiences. The study concluded with a set of important proposals, most notably the need for the state to promote and support entrepreneurial education by increasing awareness among students, which would positively impact the establishment of their own businesses.
