L’enseignement à distance à l’ère de la Covid-19

Abstract

Au cours des années précédentes, le monde a connu une crise sanitaire très sérieuse causée par la propagation du virus Covid-19 et face à cette situation, la majorité des établissements dans tous les secteurs du monde entier ont arrêté leurs activités et se sont tournés vers le numérique. L’université algérienne comme toutes les autres instituts supérieurs a arrêté l’enseignement traditionnel et elle a tourné vers un enseignement en ligne en intégrant les TIC/TICE. Dans cette perspective notre travail de recherche porte sur l'EAD pendant la pandémie pour un objet d’identifier l’impact de l’EAD sur la continuité pédagogique, nous avons posé à notre tour l’hypothèse suivante « l’enseignement à distance est l’une des solutions efficientes pour répondre aux besoins des enseignants et des apprenants ». Prenant appui sur un questionnaire de quinze questions comme outils d'investigation destiné aux enseignants universitaires en FLE et pour validée l’hypothèse, notre travail vise à cerner et à décrire la pratique de l’EAD, et à montrer la relation qu’il y a entre l’importance et la nécessite d’intégrer les TICE dans l’EAD. En guise de conclusion, les résultats obtenus montrent qu’assurer un mode d’enseignement à distance dans tous l’établissement supérieur est difficile et demande beaucoup d’efforts de la part de l’Etat et les responsables de ses établissements à cause des problèmes matériels ou techniques

During the previous years, the world experienced a very serious health crisis caused by the spread of the Covid-19 virus and in the face of this situation, the majority of establishments in all sectors around the world have stopped their activities and they have turned to digital. The Algerian university like all its sisters has stopped traditional education and turned to online education by integrating TIC/TICE. In this perspective, our research work focuses on remote education during the pandemic for the purpose of identifying the impact of remote education on educational continuity, we in turn posed the following hypothesis "distance education is one of the efficient solutions to meet the needs of teachers and learners”. Based on a questionnaire of fifteen questions as investigative tools intended for university teachers in FLE and to validate the hypothesis, our work aims to identify and describe the practice of distance education, and to show the relationship a between the importance and the need to integrate ICT in distance learning. By way of conclusion, the results obtained show that ensuring a mode of distance education in all the higher establishments is difficult and requires a great deal of effort on the part of the State and the heads of its establishments because of the problems materials or techniques.

خلال السنوات الماضية من أجل مكافحة انتشار فيروس كورونا، أصبح التعليم عن بعد وسيلة ضرورية بعد إغلاق المؤسسات المختلفة. ولهذا الغرض، قامت الجامعة الجزائرية بوضع تدابير ووثائق وذلك باستخدام طرق وأساليب تدريس مختلفة. فمن خلال أطروحتنا هذه سنحاول تسليط الضوء على هذه الهيئة المنظمة في التدريس عن بعد عن طريق تكنولوجيا الإعلام والتواصل الخاصة بالتدريس، كل ذلك عن طريق جانبين نظري وتطبيقي مع توزيع استبيان للفائدة المعتمدة لمعرفة آرائهم فيما يخص هذه التدابير التي اتخذتها المؤسسة الجامعية.

من هذا المنظور، يركز عملنا البحثي على التعليم عن بعد أثناء الجائحة بغرض تحديد تأثير التعليم عن بعد على الاستمرارية التعليمية. طرحنا بدورنا الفرضية التالية "التعليم عن بعد هو أحد الحلول الفعالة لتلبية احتياجات المعلمين والمتعلمين". بناء على استبيان مكون من خمسة عشر سؤالاً مخصصاً لأساتذة جامعيين وللتحقق من صحة الفرضية، يهدف عملنا إلى تحديد ووصف ممارسة التعليم عن بعد، وإظهار العلاقة بين الأهمية والحاجة إلى دعمهم.

في الختام، إن النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها تبين أن ضمان نمط التعليم عن بعد في جميع مؤسسات التعليم العالي أمر صعب ويتطلب الكثير من الجهد من جانب الدولة ورؤساء مؤسساتها بسبب الموارد أو التقنيات.
