Description
This study came in light of the national scene of growing trade union
thinking with the beginning of the new year 2018 , it included all parts of the
country and the cost of the sensitive sectors and examples of the higher
education sector, especially the University of Shazly bin New - Taraf - also
known a series of protests and strikes centered around the university student .
This study was designed to know the attitudes of university students towards
trade union work. It was divided into four chapters. In the first chapter we
discussed the problem, the importance and the reasons for choosing the subject,
the objectives of the study, the basic concepts in addition to previous studies.
The second chapter was devoted to the psychological and social trends, where a
comprehensive view was given to arrive at the theories explaining the trends.
The third chapter was devoted to trade union work and represented in its
historical development, its classifications, literature and tasks as well as its
objectives and importance, the legal aspect of its practice and the theoretical
approaches to trade union work The fourth and final chapter includes the fields
of study (geographical area, human field and spatial field), the methodology
used, the descriptive approach and the trend measurement method, the data
collection tools. Rose declined to a single one to accept the questionnaire to get
to the last results of the study and conclusion.
