Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم التقنيات المصرفية المستخدمة في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لدى البنك الوطني الجزائري (وكالة الجزائر)، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها أن البنك الوطني الجزائري (وكالة الجزائر) يُولي تمويلًا كبيرًا للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة سعيًا لدعم التنمية المحلية ثم الوطنية. كما يسعى البنك إلى تسهيل الحصول على القروض الداعمة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالتعاون مع المؤسسات المتخصصة في هذا المجال، ويتبع عدة إجراءات للحد من مخاطر القروض. This study aims to identify the most important banking techniques used in financing small and medium enterprises, at the National Bank of Algeria, the Algiers Agency, relying on the descriptive analytical approach in addition to the case study approach. The study has reached several results, most notably that the National Bank of Algeria, the Algiers Agency, finances small and medium enterprises significantly as an attempt to support local and then national development. The bank in question also seeks to facilitate access to loans supporting small and medium enterprises in cooperation with institutions specialized in this field, and follows several procedures to reduce the risk of loans.
