اﻟﺘﻮﺟﻪ ﻧﺤﻮ اﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎت اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﺔ وﺗﻔﻌﻴﻞ اﻻﺑﺘﻜﺎر اﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻲ:ﻋﺮض ﻧﻤﺎذج ﻋﺎﻟﻤﻴﺔ

Abstract

The current study aims at demonstrating the crucial role that start-ups play in stimulating the economic activity whether at the level of developed or emerging countries; hence, they took an integral part in the international economy and witnessed growth over the past decades, promoting employment and development in economies and expanding its dynamism worldwide. The study’s results revealed that there is the factor of technological innovation which plays an important role in developing the activity of start-ups by facilitating their growth, continuation, expansion of their markets and withstanding the competition. It is found through the study that there are many successful international experiences of start-ups due to the activation of technological innovation that several countries may benefit from. Concerning Algeria, the field of start-ups is still in its beginning despite the reforms that the state has been working on in the last years due to the lack of innovative and creative culture. The study arrived at a set of significant suggestions, the most important of which is to create an economic environment that urges young people to establish start-ups and encourage a culture of innovation and creativity in ideas, in addition to the necessity of diversifying the funding sources and taking advantage of leading countries’ models in the start-ups تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه الشركات الناشئة في تحفيز النشاط الاقتصادي، سواءً على مستوى الدول المتقدمة أو الناشئة؛ إذ لعبت دورًا محوريًا في الاقتصاد الدولي، وشهدت نموًا ملحوظًا على مدى العقود الماضية، مما ساهم في تعزيز فرص العمل والتنمية في الاقتصادات، ووسّع ديناميكيتها عالميًا.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن عامل الابتكار التكنولوجي يلعب دورًا هامًا في تطوير نشاط الشركات الناشئة، من خلال تسهيل نموها واستمرارها وتوسع أسواقها، ومواجهة المنافسة. وتبين من خلال الدراسة وجود العديد من التجارب الدولية الناجحة للشركات الناشئة، بفضل تفعيل الابتكار التكنولوجي، والتي يمكن أن تستفيد منها العديد من الدول. أما في الجزائر، فلا يزال مجال الشركات الناشئة في بداياته، رغم الإصلاحات التي تعمل عليها الدولة في السنوات الأخيرة، نظرًا لضعف ثقافة الابتكار والإبداع. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات المهمة، أهمها تهيئة بيئة اقتصادية تشجع الشباب على تأسيس الشركات الناشئة، وتشجيع ثقافة الابتكار والإبداع في الأفكار، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تنويع مصادر التمويل والاستفادة من نماذج الدول الرائدة في مجال الشركات الناشئة.
