Etude Phytochimique De deux Plantes Médicinales du Genre Sideritis

Abstract

Ce travail est une étude phytochimique de deux plantes médicinales du genre Sideritis qui ont été réalisées en deux étapes : La première étape a consisté à la récolte de ces deux espèces du genre Sederitis de deux régions différentes El kala et El Ouanza, ainsi que son séchage à l’abri de la lumière du soleil et à température ambiante. La deuxième étape a été consacrée à l’analyse phytochimique (screening phytochimique ) de ces deux espèces qui permet de donner la composition générale, et les extraits aqueux , infusé, et macéré ont été préparés ainsi que des extraits organiques. This work is a phytochemical study of two medicinal plants of the genus Sideritis which were carried out in two stages: The first step consisted of harvesting these two species of the genus Sideritis from two different regions El kala and El Ouanza, as well as drying them out of direct sunlight and at room temperature. The second step was devoted to the phytochemical analysis (phytochemical screening) of these two species which makes it possible to give the general composition, and the aqueous, infused, and macerated extracts were prepared as well as organic extracts. هذا العمل هو دراسة كيميائية نباتية لنوعين من النباتات الطبية من جنس سدرات قد أُجريت على مرحلتين: تتمثل المرحلة الأولى في جمع هذين النوعين من جنس سدرات من منطقتين مختلفتين، القالة والوانزة، وكذلك تجفيفهما بعيدًا عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة وفي درجة حرارة الغرفة. أما المرحلة الثانية فكانت مخصصة للتحليل الكيميائي النباتي (الفحص الكيميائي النباتي) لهذين النوعين والذي يتيح تحديد التركيب العام، وقد تم تحضير المستخلصات المائية والمستخلصات المنقوعة والمستخلصات المنقوعة في محلول كحولي وكذلك المستخلصات العضوية.
