Utilisation des huiles essentielles à base d’agrumes contre Tribolium confusum ravageur des denrées stockées

Abstract

Résumé La présente étude porte sur l’évaluation de l’effet répulsif et bioinsecticide de l’huile essentielle de l’orange sanguine Citrus sinensis tarroco récolté de la région d’El Tarf, sur des adultes de l’insecte ravageur Tribolium confusum Duval. Le rendement obtenu de l’HE par hydro-distillateur de type Clévenger, est de l’ordre de 1.51%. Sachant que le rendement de l’HE est varié selon la nature et l’origine de la plante utilisée, nos résultats confirment la bonne qualité des agrumes de notre région. Selon le classement de McDonald et al. (1970), nos résultats montrent que l’HE de l’orange sanguine est très répulsif, elle appartient à la classe (V), avec un taux de répulsion de 83,33 %. L’effet bioinsecticide de l’HE à l’égard des adultes a montré une activité très intérissante, une dose de 210μL/L air de cette huile été suffisante pour provoquer la mort de l’ensemble des individus traités après 24h d’exposition. Les résultats obtenus, suggèrent l’usage de l’HE de l’orange sanguine de notre région, en particulier dans les entrepôts de stockage des grains. Tribolium confusum Duval المحصود من منطقة الطارف , على الحشرات البالغة sinensis tarocco يبلغ حوالي % 1.51 .مع العلم clevenger الذي تم الحصول عليه من الزيت الاساسي بواسطة التقطير المائي من نوع يختلف باختلاف طبيعة و اصل النبات المستخدم .تؤكد نتائجنا جودة طبيعة و اصل الحمضيات في EO ان محصول (V), اظهرت نتائجنا ان الزيت العطري طارد للغاية ينتمي لفئة McDonald et al., منطقتنا .وفقا لتصنيف 1970 بمعدل طارد يبلغ % 83.33 اظهرت تاثير المبيدات الحيوية للاكسدة الحشرية على البالغين نشاطا مثيرا للاهتمام للغاية , 210 من هذا الزيت في الهواء كافية للتسبب في وفاة جميع الافراد الذين عولجوا بعد 24 ساعة μ/L حيث كانت جرعة من التعرض . تشير النتائج المتحصل عليها الى استخدام الزيت الاساسي من البرتقال الحمر في منطقتنا , لا سيما في مستودعات تخزين الحبوب . تاثير طارد ,تاثير مبيدات , Citrus sinensis , Tribolium confusum الكلمات المفتاحية : زيت عطري ,حمضيات الحشرات الحيوية ,التبخير. Abstract The present study deals with the evaluation of the repellent and bioinsecticidal effect of the essential oil of the blood orange Citrus sinensis tarroco harvested from the region of El Tarf, on adults of the insect pest Tribolium confusum Duval . The yield obtained from the EO by hydro-distillation of the Clevenger type, is of the order of 1.51%. Knowing that the yield of EO is varied according to the nature and origin of the plant used, our results confirm the good quality of citrus fruits from our region. According to the classification of McDonald et al (1970), our results show that the EO of blood orange is very repellent, it belongs to the class (V), with a repellency rate of 83.33%. The bioinsecticidal effect of the EO towards adults showed a very interesting activity, a dose of 210μL/L air of this oil was sufficient to cause the death of all the treated individuals after 24h of exposure. The results obtained suggest the use of blood orange EO from our region, particularly in grain storage facilities.
