DECHETS HOSPITALIERS NORMES ET REALITE

Abstract

Résumé : Ce petit rapport essaye de démontrer l’état de la gestion des déchets d’activités de soins en Algérie à travers les lois nationales qui régissent cette activité et les recommandations internationales dans ce domaine. L’objectif de la gestion des déchets est de prévenir les risques sanitaires liés à l’exposition des déchets d’activités de soins et préserver la santé des personnes et leur environnement. La gestion des déchets hospitaliers en Algérie constitue un véritable problème de santé publique. Plusieurs hôpitaux déversent leurs déchets dans la nature au lieu de les éliminer correctement, exposant ainsi la vie des citoyens en provoquant un risque pour leur santé. Les lois sont à la hauteur sur le plan législatif, mais malheureusement il n’y a pas d’application sur terrain. Summary : This report tries to demonstrate the state of waste management of care activities in Algeria through the national laws that govern this activity and the international recommendations in this field. The objective of waste management is to prevent health risks related to the exposure of healthcare waste and to preserve the health of people and their environment. The management of hospital waste in Algeria is a real public health problem. Several hospitals dump their waste in the wild instead of disposing of it properly, thus exposing the lives of citizens to risk. The laws are up to scratch in terms of legislation, but unfortunately, there is no enforcement on the ground. الملخص: يحاول هذا التقرير الصغير إظهار حالة إدارة النفايات الناتحة عن أنشطة الرعاية الصحية في الجزائر من خلال القوانين الوطنية التي تحكم هذا النشاط والتوصيات الدولية في هذا المجال. أهداف إدارة النفايات هي منع المخاطر الصحية المرتبطة بالتعرض للمخلفات من أنشطة الرعاية الصحية والحفاظ على صحة الناس وبيئتهم من خلال تطبيق طرق الفرز والجمع والتعبئة والتخزين ، النقل والمعالجة وفقًا للوائح الحالية. تعد إدارة نفايات المستشفيات في الجزائر مشكلة صحية عامة حقيقية في الجزائر. تقوم العديد من المستشفيات بإلقاء نفاياتها في الطبيعة بدلاً من التخلص منها بشكل صحيح ، مما يعرض حياة المواطنين للخطر يعمل المختصون على تقليل هذه المشكلة بإتباع القوانين، لكن تطبيق هذه القوانين على أرض الواقع ليس في المستوى.
