ﻣﻜﺎﻧﺔ اﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻇﻞ اﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺰراﻋﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻃﻦ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ

Abstract

ﺪف ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔإلىﺗﺒﻴﺎن واﻗﻊاﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔاﻟﺰراﻋﻴﺔواﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻲفي اﻟﺪول اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔوأﻫﻢاﻻﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺎت المﺘﺒﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞتحﻘﻴﻖذﻟﻚ،وأﻇﻬﺮت ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إلى أن ﻣﻘﻮﻣﺎت اﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻲالمﺘﺎﺣﺔ في اﻟﻮﻃﻦ اﻟﻌﺮبي ﻏير ﻛﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﺴﻴﻨﻪ، ﺧﺎﺻﺔ في ﻇﻞ المﺸﻜﻼت اﻟتي ﻳﻌﺎني ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻗﻄﺎع اﻟﺰراﻋﺔ اﻟﻌﺮبي وﻏﻴﺎب إرادة ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻋﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻗﻮﻳﺔ، ﻛﻤﺎ أن اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺎت اﻟﺰراﻋﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ لم تحﻘﻖاﻷﻫﺪافالمﺴﻄﺮة،وﺧﻠﺼﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إلى مجﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻻﻗتراﺣﺎتالهﺎﻣﺔأﺑﺮزﻫﺎ ﺿﺮورة ﻗﻴﺎماﻟﺪول اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔﺑﺘﻌﺰﻳﺰ ودﻋﻢاﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔاﻟﺰراﻋﻴﺔﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل زﻳﺎدة اﻟﺘﻮﻋﻴﺔ،ممﺎﻳﻨﻌﻜﺲ ﻋﻠﻰتحﻘﻴﻖاﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻲﻟﺪﻳﻬﺎ. This study aims to clarify the reality of agricultural development and food security in the Arab countries and the most important strategies used to achieve this. The results of the study showed that the components of food security available in the Arab world are insufficient to improve it, especially in light of the problems that the Arab agricultural sector suffers from and the absence of political will. Arab agricultural policies did not achieve the established goals. The study concluded with a set of important suggestions, most notably the need for Arab countries to promote and support agricultural development by increasing awareness, which is reflected in achieving their food security
