Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in improving performance within service institutions, given its critical importance for the institution's survival in both local and international competition. This is achieved through the use of various technological tools that enhance the institution's performance, effectiveness, and efficiency, reflecting its financial, material, and human capabilities. To achieve the study’s results, a descriptive analytical method was employed for the theoretical aspect, while a case study method was used for the practical aspect by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of respondents and analyzing their opinions using appropriate statistical methods with the SPSS.v27 statistical program. By applying the study to the Algeria Telecom Agency in El Tarf, it was found that digital transformation significantly contributes to improving the institution’s performance, with a strong positive correlation of 70.3%. This indicates تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الخدمية، نظرًا لأهميته البالغة في ضمان استمرارية المؤسسة في المنافسة المحلية والدولية. ويتحقق ذلك من خلال استخدام أدوات تكنولوجية متنوعة تُعزز أداء المؤسسة وفعاليتها وكفاءتها، بما يعكس قدراتها المالية والمادية والبشرية. ولتحقيق نتائج الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، وذلك بتوزيع استبيان على عينة من المجيبين وتحليل آرائهم باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج SPSS.v27 الإحصائي. وبتطبيق الدراسة على وكالة اتصالات الجزائر بالطارف، تبين أن التحول الرقمي يُسهم بشكل كبير في تحسين أداء المؤسسة، بنسبة ارتباط إيجابية قوية بلغت 70.3%. وهذا يُشير إلى أن استخدام التحول الرقمي يُؤدي إلى تحسين أداء الوكالة.
