dc.description.abstract تسعى هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على علاقة أ رس المال البشري و دوره في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية حيث يعد أ رس المال البشري مورد مهم في المؤسسة و أساس كل تقدم بها و نظ ا ر لما يشهده العصر من تطو ا رت و تغي ا رت ا زدت من حدة المنافسة بين المؤسسات تنشط في بيئة حركية الأمر الذي يستوجب مواكبة هذه التطو ا رت من خلال الاهتمام بموارده البشرية و الاستثمار فيها. و تتضمن إشكالية الد ا رسة التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: - هل لل أ رس المال البشري دور في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية بمديرية السياحة و الصناعة التقليدية لولاية الطارف؟ و يتفرع عن هذا التساؤل سؤالين فرعيين هما: -1 هل لتدريب العنصر البشري د ور في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية ؟ -2 هل لتحفيز المورد البشري دور في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية ؟ و قد اعتمدنا في هذه الد ا رسة على المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على الأسلوب التحليلي و أما أدوات جمع البيانات تم الاعتماد على الملاحظة ، المقابلة و الاستمارة و التي طبقت على 22 فردا.
dc.description.sponsorship This study is dedicated to the identification of the relationship of human capital in the realization of organizational objectives, human capital being considered as an important resource in the company and the foundation of each development. The enormous changes and developments that characterize our times have created a terrible competition between the enterprises, and the direction of the Tourism and Traditional Industries of the wilaya of El tarf being a similar enterprise to the others and activating in a turbulent environment, is held of adapt to developments through the valuation and investment in its human resources. The problematic of the study includes the following essential question: Does human capital play a role in achieving the organizational objectives within the Tourism and Traditional Industries in El Tarf wilaya ? And from the main question arise two secondary questions, which ones: 1- Does the training of the human element play a role in the achievement of organizational objectives? 2- Does the motivation of the human element play a role in the achievement of organizational objectives? We relied in this study on the descriptive method using the descriptive mode. Regarding the collection of indications, we adopted the observation and comparison mode and the questionnaire that was distributed to 27 individuals. The study came to the following results: The results obtained through the answers to the first question, inform us that the training of the human resource influences the company in a global way. But it appeared to us that the research firm did not give this aspect the importance, we found indeed that the DTIA left the culture of the workers by marginalizing their opinions and their participation in the elaboration of training programs. Regarding the outcome of the second question, we noted the existence of a clear and diversified motivation policy in improving the employee's performance and achieving functional satisfaction, in addition to the sense of belonging and allegiance of officials within the company. In conclusion, we say that the human capital within the tourism department of El Tarf wilaya plays an effective role in the achievement of organizational objectives.
