Etude bibliographique de la castration chez le cheval

Abstract

Résumé : La castration du cheval normalement conformé est un acte chirurgical de convenance pratiqué sur la majorité des chevaux à la demande des propriétaires afin de faire supprimer les manifestations du caractère mâle qui peuvent autrement devenir gênantes, dangereuses ou difficiles à gérer. Ce travail a dans un premier temps présenté des rappels anatomo‐fonctionnels de l’appareil reproducteur de l’étalon, il est impératif de maitriser leur structure ainsi que leurs caractéristiques de cycle de reproduction. Comme tout acte chirurgical, la castration n’est pas dénuée de risques et c’est pourquoi elle est fréquemment à l’origine de litiges entre propriétaires et vétérinaires lors de complications, la décision opératoire doit être prise en connaissance des risque que cela comporte sur l’animal ou sur leur comportement. Cette pratique s’effectue en suivent un bon examen préopératoire et les bases théoriques des principales techniques tout en offrant la possibilité du choix du mode chirurgicale, leurs avantages leurs inconvénients, les risques qui y sont associés et l’importance du conseil du vétérinaire pour un choix raisonné de la technique en fonction du patient et des attentes du propriétaire. Résumé: Castration normally informed of horse is a surgical procedure performed on convenience of the majority of horses at the request of the owners in order to suppress the protests of the male character that can otherwise become annoying, dangerous or difficult to manage. This work was initially presented anatomical and functional reminders of the reproductive apparatus of the standard, it is imperative to control their structure and their reproductive cycle characteristics. Like any surgery, castration is not without risk and that is why it is often the cause of disputes between owners and veterinarians in complications, operative decision must be made with knowledge of the attendant risks on animals or their behavior. This practice is done by following a good pre-operative examination and the theoretical foundations of the main techniques while offering the possibility of choice of the surgical method, advantages disadvantages, and risks associated therewith and the importance of veterinary advice for a reasoned choice of the technique depending on the patient and owner expectations اخصاء الحصان ھي عملية جراحية وقائية مطبقة على اغلبية الاحصنة بطلب من المالكين من اجل قمع الصفات الذكرية التي لا يمكن التحكم بها و التي قد تصبح مزعجة و خطيرة قدم ھذا العمل تذكيرا للخصائص التشريحية و الوظيفية للجهاز التناسلي للحصان التي يجب التحكم فيها اضافة الى خصائص الدورة الانجابية مثل أي عملية جراحية الاخصاء لا يخل من المخاطر و ھذا السبب كثيرا ما يكون سببا للنزاعات بين المالكين و الاطباء البيطريين خصوصا في حالة حدوث مضاعفات لذلك يجب اتخاذ القرار مع معرفة ما يصاحب ذلك من مخاطر على الحيوانات و سلوكها . تسبق ھذه العملية بفحص جيد و معرفة الاسس النظرية للتقنيات الرئيسية مع معرفة مزايا و عيوب و المخاطر المرتبطة بها مع مراعاة المشورة البيطرية لاختيار التقنية الملائمة للمعني و المالك
