Abstract

Investment in human capital plays a role in developing human competencies, which is considered as a strategic option in economic growth and human development in all fields, focusing especially on the education and health sectors. Based on this, this study aims to achieve high rates of economic growth in both Algeria and Malaysia, and to determine the role that education and health play as a form of high-productivity investment in the Algerian and Malaysian economies, through the reforms undertaken by both countries, which Aspects of the two sectors, including the allocation of large financial envelopes with the aim of advancing the wheel of economic growth, raising its rates and keeping pace with developments in the era of digitalization and technology. Among the most important results of the study, investment in and development of human capital through the provision of both effective education and health care inevitably leads to an increase in the rates of economic growth and development.
