Abstract

The subject of human resources management is one of the most important topics that have captured the attention and thinking of many writers and researchers in the field of business management, due to the importance of the duties surrounded by it, and which deals with issues related to the most important elements of production, which is the human element that is the basis and the pillar of the functioning of this department and the challenges that it faces. The human resource in economic institutions, which calls for adaptation and keeping pace, highlights the subject of performance as the most important strategic topic that economic institutions take to maintain the satisfaction of their current and prospective customers. This study aimed to identify the role of the process of employing human resources in improving performance within the organization by applying it to the Sonalgaz company. We also relied on the Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS v25) program, And we also conducted an interview with the manager of human resources in the company, and the results obtained through the study showed that the human resources recruitment strategy contributes significantly to improving performance within the organization يُعد موضوع إدارة الموارد البشرية من أهم المواضيع التي استحوذت على اهتمام وتفكير العديد من الكُتّاب والباحثين في مجال إدارة الأعمال، نظرًا لأهمية المهام التي تُحيط به، والتي تُعالج قضايا تتعلق بأهم عناصر الإنتاج، ألا وهو العنصر البشري الذي يُمثل أساس وركيزة عمل هذه الإدارة والتحديات التي تواجهها. ويُبرز موضوع الأداء في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، والذي يتطلب التكيف والمواكبة، باعتباره أهم محور استراتيجي تتخذه المؤسسات الاقتصادية للحفاظ على رضا عملائها الحاليين والمحتملين. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور عملية توظيف الموارد البشرية في تحسين الأداء داخل المؤسسة من خلال تطبيقها على شركة سونالغاز. اعتمدنا أيضًا على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية (SPSS v25)، وأجرينا مقابلة مع مدير الموارد البشرية في الشركة، وأظهرت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الدراسة أن استراتيجية توظيف الموارد البشرية تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء داخل المنظمة
