dc.description.abstract Business incubators play a vital role in supporting startups in Algeria by supporting innovation and economic growth, providing a variety of resources and infrastructure, as well as facilitating access to equipment and logistics. The incubators also offer training programs and workshops to develop the skills of entrepreneurs, along with advice and guidance from experts in multiple fields such as marketing, finance and management. Financially, incubators help access funding sources such as loans, grants and investments, incubators also provide opportunities to build strong business networks through events and seminars, which helps in establishing partnerships and relationships with other investors and companies. In addition, incubators reduce the risk of failure by providing ongoing support at critical stages of the project's life, and provide a safe environment to try new ideas before they are launched into the market. Business incubators are a key element in the success and sustainability of startups in Algeria, providing comprehensive support that helps entrepreneurs address challenges and promote sustainable economic development
