Abstract

This study examined the impact of global economic transformations, such as market economy and globalization, on the openness of developing countries and their integration into the global trading system. The study confirmed that trade openness plays a vital role in enhancing economic growth and achieving sustainable development. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as the backbone of developing economies. The study also highlighted the necessity of implementing structural reforms to support these enterprises and enhance their competitiveness. Based on the findings, the study provided recommendations to enhance the legislative environment, support infrastructure, stimulate innovation, and strengthen international cooperation to achieve effective and efficient economic integration globally تناولت هذه الدراسة تأثير التحولات الاقتصادية العالمية، كاقتصاد السوق والعولمة، على انفتاح الدول النامية واندماجها في النظام التجاري العالمي. وأكدت الدراسة أن للانفتاح التجاري دورًا حيويًا في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. كما أكدت على أهمية الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كركيزة أساسية للاقتصادات النامية. كما أبرزت الدراسة ضرورة تطبيق إصلاحات هيكلية لدعم هذه الشركات وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية. وبناءً على النتائج، قدمت الدراسة توصيات لتحسين البيئة التشريعية، ودعم البنية التحتية، وتحفيز الابتكار، وتعزيز التعاون الدولي لتحقيق تكامل اقتصادي عالمي فعال وكفؤ.
