أثر رأس المال الفكري على تحسين اداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة شركة سونلغاز الطارف

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of intellectual capital on the performance of the economic institution by examining a sample of (31) employees from the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company Sonelgaz in El Tarf. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents, and this data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study found that there is an impact of the dimensions of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital) on the performance of Sonelgaz. Additionally, there is a correlation and impact of overall intellectual capital on the performance of this institution. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including the necessity of conducting periodic reviews of strategies related to intellectual capital, improving internal communication channels to ensure the flow of information, and establishing policies to motivate employees and recognize their achievements تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر رأس المال الفكري على أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال دراسة عينة مكونة من (31) موظفًا من شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز "سونلغاز" بالطارف. وقد استُخدمت استبانة لجمع البيانات من المجيبين، وحُللت باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير لأبعاد رأس المال الفكري (رأس المال البشري، ورأس المال الهيكلي، ورأس المال العلائقي) على أداء شركة "سونلغاز". كما وجدت علاقة ارتباط وتأثيرًا لرأس المال الفكري الإجمالي على أداء هذه المؤسسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، منها ضرورة إجراء مراجعات دورية للاستراتيجيات المتعلقة برأس المال الفكري، وتحسين قنوات الاتصال الداخلي لضمان تدفق المعلومات، ووضع سياسات لتحفيز الموظفين وتقدير إنجازاتهم.
