| dc.description.abstract | تحاول هذه الد ا رسة التحري عن موضوع " دور الالت ا زم الوظيفي في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية " وقد اخترنا المؤسسة العمومية للصّحة الجوارية – الطارف – بوثلجة ميدان للد ا رسة ،حيث هدفت د ا رستنا إلى التعرف على العوامل المساهمة في تحقيق الالت ا زم الوظيفي . وهل يلعب دور في زيادة الجودة الخدمات المقدمة في المؤسسة الاستشفائية للصّحة الجوارية . ومنه تكون مشكلة الد ا رسة تشكل محدد في سؤال محوري على النحو التالي: هل للالت ا زم الوظيفي دور في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية ؟ ولنتفرغ عنه الأسئلة الفرعية على النحو التالي : )1 ما هي عوامل تحقيق الالت ا زم الوظيفي بالمؤسسة العمومية للصّحة الجوارية . ولاية الطارف؟ )2 هل الالت ا زم الوظيفي تحقق سبل الرعاية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصّحة الجوارية . ولاية الطارف ؟ )3 هل الالت ا زم الوظيفي يزيد من جودة الخدمة الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصّحة الجوارية ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات قطع الباحث محطات نظرية وأخرى ميدانية لاعتماد جملة من الأدوات المتمثلة في] دليل ملاحظة ،نموذج استبيان [ . والاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . فيما يتعلق بالعينة فقد تم اختيار العينة الطبقية باعتبارها العينة المناسبة للد ا رسة. أين قارب الباحث عينة من الطاقم الطبي ،الإداري والتمريض ،بما يتلاءم وطبيعة الموضوع | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | This study attempts to investigate the topic of "The Role of Job Commitment in Achieving Social Responsibility". We chose the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health - Al-Tarf - Bouthaljeh Maidan for the study. Our study aimed to identify the factors that contribute to achieving job commitment. And does it play a role in increasing the quality of services provided in the neighborhood hospital hospital? Hence, the study problem constitutes a specific form in a central question as follows: Does job commitment have a role in achieving social responsibility? Let us conclude with it the sub-questions as follows: 1) What are the factors for achieving job commitment in the neighborhood public health corporation?
