تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي "دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد الطارف"

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا هذه الى معرفة مدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي، حيث قمنا بهذه الدراسة نظرا لمجموعة من الاسباب الذاتية والموضوعية تلخصت في محاولة التعرف على واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في ميدان البحث العلمي ودوره في تحسين جودته وتحديث المعارف العلمية. الموظفة فيه وكذا التعرف على الادوار التي تلعبها تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تطوير اداء البحثي، وعليه اجرينا دراستنا هذه بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد بكليتي العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية وكلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية والاقتصادية لتسليط الضوء على كيفية مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي. وفي هذا الصدد طرحنا السؤال المركزي التالي: - الى اي مدى تسهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي؟ ويتفرع من هذا التســاؤل المركــزي عدة تساؤلات فرعية منهــا: 1) هل يسهم اللجوء الى تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لتوظيف الاساليب البحثية الحديثة في ترقية جودة المشاريع البحثية؟ 2) هل يسهم لجوء الباحثين الى التطبيقات الحديثة التي تتيح الولوج الى الاساليب الحديثة لمعالجة المعطيات الميدانية للبحوث في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي؟ 3) هل يسهم استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات المرئية والمسموعة في اكتساب الباحثين معارف علمية وتقنيات منهجية حديثة تسهم في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي؟ وقد خلصنا في نهاية دراستنا الى النتائج التالية: - خلصنا الى ان اغلبية العينة تقر بأن اللجوء الى تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من طرف الباحثين وتوظيفها في الاساليب البحثية الحديثة تسهم بفعالية وبشكل مؤثر في ترقية جودة المشاريع البحثية. - كما خلصنا ايضا الى ان اغلبية العينة تقر الى ان لجوء الباحثين الى التطبيقات الحديثة التي تتيح الولوج الى الاساليب الحديثة لمعالجة المعطيات الميدانية للبحوث ساهم في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي. - اقرت العينة ان استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال المرئية والمسموعة ساهم في اكتساب الباحثين معارف علمية وتقنيات منهجية حديثة تسهم في ترقية جودة البحث العلمي.

This study aimed to determine the extent to which information and communication technology contributes to improving the quality of scientific research. We conducted this study for a number of subjective and objective reasons, which can be summarized as an attempt to identify the reality of the use of information and communication technology in the field of scientific research and its role in improving its quality and updating the scientific knowledge employed in it, as well as identifying the roles played by information and communication technology in developing research performance. Accordingly, we conducted this study at ChadliBendjedid University, at the Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Law, Political Sciences, and Economics, to shed light on how information and communication technology contributes to improving the quality of scientific research.

In this regard, we posed the following central question:

To what extent does information and communication technology contribute to improving the quality of scientific research?

Several sub-questions branch out from this central question, including:

(1) Does resorting to information and communication technology to employ modern research methods contribute to improving the quality of research projects? (2) Does researchers' use of modern applications that allow access to modern methods for processing field data for research contribute to improving the quality of scientific research? (3) Does the use of audio-visual information and communication technology contribute to researchers' acquisition of scientific knowledge and modern methodological techniques that contribute to improving the quality of scientific research?

At the end of our study, we concluded the following results:

1-We concluded that the majority of the sample acknowledges that researchers' use of information and communication technology and its employment in modern research methods contributes effectively and influentially to improving the quality of research projects. 2-We also concluded that the majority of the sample acknowledges that researchers' use of modern applications that allow access to modern methods for processing field data for research has contributed to improving the quality of scientific research. 3-The sample acknowledged that the use of audio-visual information and communication technology has contributed to researchers' acquisitionof scientific knowledge and modern methodological techniques that contribute to improving the quality of scientific research
