دور المناولة في تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة دراسة حالة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وأهمية المناولة الصناعية في تنمية الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتفعيل نشاطها ودعمه، حيث تُعتبر المناولة الصناعية من أهم الاستراتيجيات في نمو هذه الشركات. كما تهدف إلى معرفة واقع المناولة الصناعية في شركة مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي الطبيعية والمعدنية - سلسبيل عين بقلاز، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى جمع المعلومات. تم توزيع هذا الاستبيان بشكل عشوائي على 30 شركة، واعتمدت على أسلوب الوصف والتحليل من خلال العديد من الإحصائيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإحصائي، وقد توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: - تقوم هذه الشركة بإدارة المناولة الصناعية مع شركات مختلفة. - توجد علاقة وطيدة بين المناولة الصناعية والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. - بالإضافة إلى العديد من التوصيات الأخرى، مثل: - الاهتمام باستراتيجية المناولة الصناعية لتعزيز دورها في الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. - توسيع نطاق المناولة الصناعية لتطوير الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة The objective of this study is to show the role and importance of industrial handling in the development of small and medium companies and activate its activity and support it, industrial handling is considered as one of the most impotant stategies in the growth of this small and medium companies.also, its purpose it to know the reality of industrial handling in the company of natural and mineral water salsabil ain bouglez throw out study to ghather the information.this questionnaire was distributed randomly to 30 works, i rilied on the way of description and analysis through many statistics with the help of the statistics program SPSS i found the following results : - This company make industrial handling with different companies. - There are a big relationshop between industrial handling and the small and medium companies. In addition to many other recommendationq such as : - Take care of the strategy of industrial handling to increase its role in the small and medium companies. - The expention of industrial handling to developed the small and medium companies.
