| dc.description.sponsorship | SummaryThe current study aimed to identify the quality of professional life and its relationship to the organizational commitment of employees of the Directorate of Public Equipments in the Wilayat of Al-Tarif, in light of some variables which are the dimensions of the quality of professional life (participation in decision-making, job stability, promotion) In this study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and we designed a questionnaire for the purpose of collecting primary data, and the study population consisted of 139 employees, and the sample was chosen randomly, totaling 30 workers. Among the most important results that were reached in our study: • There is a relationship between participation in decision-making and organizational commitment among the employees of the Directorate of Public Supplies in the Wilayat of El-Tarif. • There is a relationship between job stability and organizational commitment among the employees of the Public Equipments Directorate in the Wilayat of El Tarf. • There is a relationship between promotion and organizational commitment among the employees of the Directorate of Public Supplies in the Wilayat of El-Tarif. The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity of knowing and identifying the factors encouraging to create more organizational commitment to serve the goals of the organization and the personal goals of the employees. The need to pay attention to the opportunity for workers to make decisions. | |
