دور الثقةفي نقل المعرفة في المؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الثقة في نقل المعرفة في المؤسسة من خلال أبعادها الثلاثة (الثقة بزملاء العمل، الثقة بالمشرف، الثقة بالإدارة العليا)، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وزّعنا 150 استبيانًا في بلدية بوقس، وخلصت النتائج إلى أن الثقة تزيد من نقل المعرفة في المؤسسة. This study aimed to identify the role of trust on the knowledge transfer in the organization through its three dimensions (Trust in colleagues at work, Trust in the supervisor, Trust in senior management) using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. We distributed 150 questtionnaires in Bougous municipality, and resukts concluded that trust increases the knowledge transfer in the institution.
