دور الفضاءات العمومية في التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل المكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف - انموذجا-

Abstract

إن الدراسة والبحث في موضوع التنشئة الاجتماعية يعد من بين أهم القضايا المتجددة في حقل العلوم الاجتماعية نظرا لأهميته بالنسبة للفرد والمجتمع على حد سواء، وذلك نظرا للتغيرات التي تشهدها المجتمعات على جميع المناحي السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية وغيرها... ومنه فقد تنوعت المؤسسات التي أوكل لها المجتمع مهمة تنشئة أفراده، حيث أفرزت العديد من المؤسسات وتطورت العديد منها والتي من بينها مؤسسات المكتبة باختلاف ألوانها ونشاطاتها وأهدافها، وهي في ذلك تعد من بين أبرز الفضاءات العمومية الأكثر نشاطا في العصر الراهن الذي يعتمد على اقتصاديات العلم والمعرفة في تسيير شؤون الحياة.

لذا فإننا في دراستنا الحالية سلطنا الضوء على دور المكتبة كأحد أبرز أنواع الفضاءات العمومية في تنشئة الطفل، وذلك انطلاقا من طرحنا للتساؤل: كيف تساهم المكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف في التنشئة الاجتماعية للطفل؟

ومنه انطلقنا إلى الأسئلة الفرعية المنبثقة في الآتي: 1- ما نوع البرامج التي تقدمها المكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف لدمج الطفل في الوسط الاجتماعي؟ 2- هل البرامج التي تقدمها المكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف تحقق تنشئة اجتماعية سوية للطفل؟ 3- هل فرق العمل بالمكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف مكونون ومدربون بشكل كاف مما يسمح لهم بتحقيق تنشئة اجتماعية سليمة للطفل؟

وبعد اتباعنا لجملة الإجراءات المنهجية والمتبعة في استخدام المنهج الوصفي للوصول إلى المعلومات اللازمة التي تخدم الدراسة، وذلك عن طريق أدوات جمع البيانات: الملاحظة، المقابلة والاستمارة، والتي تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المأخوذة من مجتمع البحث المتمثل في مؤسسة المكتبة العمومية فرانسوا لويز بمدينة الطارف، والتي تم اختيارها قصدا بطريقة عشوائية بـ 69% بمثابة 33 مفردة، حيث تحصلنا على جملة نتائج مفادها:

تحرص المكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف على تقديم العديد من البرامج والأنشطة المتنوعة الثرية لفائدة روادها وخاصة شريحة الأطفال منهم، وتتعدد مضامينها لتشمل جميع مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية والتربوية للفرد وغيرها، بحيث يسهر عدة مؤطرين على تنفيذها. من خلال برامجها ونشاطاتها المتنوعة فإن المكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف تسهم في تحقيق تنشئة اجتماعية سوية للأطفال مما يساعدهم على الاندماج في الوسط الاجتماعي وتعمل على نقل ثقافة المجتمع لهم.

رغم تنوع الإمكانيات التي تحوزها المكتبة العمومية بمدينة الطارف إلا أنها تشهد نقصا في الكفاءات المهنية اللازمة والخبرات التي تساعد على تأدية الوظائف لدى البعض من المؤطرين العاملين فيها، مما قد يعد عائقا من عوائق المكتبة في أدائها لمهامها بشكل جيد، وهذا ما يعتبر من أبرز الصعوبات التي تقلل من فرص نجاحها في تأدية وظائفها المنوطة بها وتحقيق أهدافها المرجوة منها.

It is one of the most active public spaces in the present age, which depends on the economics of science and knowledge. In the conduct of life affairs. Therefore, in our current study we have highlighted the role of the library as one of the most important types of public spaces in the upbringing of the child, starting from asking the question: How does the public library contribute to the socialization of the child? From this we started to the sub-questions, which are as follows: 1- What kind of programs are offered by the public library in Al-Taraf city to integrate children into the social milieu? 2. Do the programs offered by the public library in Al-Tarf city bring about a social upbringing for the child? 3- Is the TARF public library staff trained sufficiently to allow them to achieve a healthy social upbringing for the child? The following is a sample of the study taken from the research community represented by the Françoise Louise Public Library Foundation in Al-Tarf City, which was selected. In an intentional manner, with 69% representing 33 individuals. We obtained the following results: - The public library in Al-Tarf city is keen to offer many rich programs and activities for the benefit of its clients, especially the children, and their contents are included in all aspects of social, cultural and educational life for the individual and others. - Through its various programs and activities, the Public Library in Al-Tarf City contributes to the achievement of a social upbringing for children, which helps them to integrate into the social environment and to transfer the culture of society to them. - Despite the diversity of possibilities available to the public library in Al-Tarf city, it is witnessing a shortage of the necessary professional skills and experience that helps to perform the jobs of some of the operators working in it, which may be an obstacle to the library's obstacles in the performance of its tasks well, which is one of the most difficult difficulties Reduce the chances of success in the performance of its functions entrusted to it and achieve its objectives.
