دورالشمول املايل في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر واقع، تحديات ، وسبل تعزيز

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the role of financial inclusion in achieving sustainable development in Algeria, while clarifying the importance of this mechanism for the economy. We applied the theoretical framework to the practical reality by studying Algeria’s adoption of financial inclusion and the state's efforts to achieve sustainable development through it. This was based on a descriptive-analytical approach by presenting its reality, challenges, and ways to enhance it, using a variety of data and statistics. The study’s findings showed that Algeria suffers from a lack of adoption of a financial inclusion strategy, and its indicators are still far from achieving the desired level. Moreover, it has not had a sufficient impact on economic development indicators and its dimensions. The study concluded with the need to strengthen financial education programs targeting individuals and small businesses, to raise awareness about how to use financial services effectively, and the necessity of integrating sustainability standards into financial inclusion strategies. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فهم دور الشمول المالي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، مع توضيح أهمية هذه الآلية للاقتصاد.

وطبقنا الإطار النظري على الواقع العملي من خلال دراسة تبني الجزائر للشمول المالي وجهود الدولة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلاله.

واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال عرض واقعه وتحدياته وسبل تعزيزه، مستخدمين مجموعة متنوعة من البيانات والإحصاءات.

وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الجزائر تعاني من ضعف في تبني استراتيجية للشمول المالي، وأن مؤشراتها لا تزال بعيدة عن المستوى المأمول، كما أنها لم تُحدث تأثيرًا كافيًا على مؤشرات التنمية الاقتصادية وأبعادها.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز برامج التثقيف المالي الموجهة للأفراد والشركات الصغيرة، لرفع مستوى الوعي بكيفية استخدام الخدمات المالية بفعالية، وضرورة دمج معايير الاستدامة في استراتيجيات الشمول المالي.
