المقاولاتية في الجزائر و دورها في التنويع الاقتصادي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص كل من قطاع المقاولاتية في الجزائر، وأداءهيئات الدعم والمرافقةللمقاولاتيةفي الجزائر، مع تسليط الضوء على دور التنويع في تحقيق النموالاقتصادي وحمايةالاقتصادمن أزمات تدهور إيرادات المورد الواحد، ونشر الوعي بأهميةالنشاط المقاولاتي ودوره الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، مستخدمين في ذلك نهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج دراسة الحالة عند التطرق لحالة الجزائر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها:إن مسامهةالمؤسسات الصغيرةوالمتوسطةفي استراتيجية تنميةالصادرات خارج المحروقات يعتبر تحدي كبير في ظل اعتماد الاقتصاد الوطني بشكل مفرط على صادرات المحروقات،إضافة إلى ذلك بينت الدراسةأن مسامهة المقاولاتية في توفير مناصب الشغل مؤشر يوحي بالدورالايجابي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطةفي مكافحة ظاهرة البطالة، الا أن هذه المعدلات تؤكد بأن هذا النوع من المؤسسات لا يزال بعيدا عن لعب دور رئيسي في الاقتصاد الجزائري This study aims to diagnose each of the entrepreneurship sector in Algeria, as well as the performance of the entrepreneurial support and accompaniment bodies in Algeria, highlighting the role of diversification in achieving economic growth and protecting the economy from crises of deterioration of revenues of one resource, and spreading awareness of the importance of entrepreneurial activity and its economic and social role, using This includes both the descriptive and analytical approach, and the case study approach when dealing with the case of Algeria. The study concluded several results, the most important of which are: The contribution of small and medium enterprises to the strategy of developing non-hydrocarbon exports is considered a major challenge in light of the excessive dependence of the national economy on hydrocarbon exports. Medium in combating the phenomenon of unemployment, but these rates confirm that this type of institutions is still far from playing a major role in the Algerian economy.
