دور القيادة التحويلية في تحقيق جودة حياة العمل دراسة ميدانية في مديرية الأشغال العمومية لولاية الطارف

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور القيادة التحويلية في تحسين جودة حياة العمل في مديرية الأشغال العمومية بولاية الطارف، ولتحقيق الأهداف تم تصميم استبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة تمثل 100% من المجتمع، كما تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الملاءمة لاختبار الفرضيات من خلال استعمال برنامج 26SPSS V. ومن النتائج المتوصل اليها ان هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين القيادة التحويلية وجودة حياة العمل في مديرية الأشغال العمومية بولاية الطارف، وعليه توصي الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في تطوير الكفاءات القيادية من خلال برامج تدريبية موجهة تهدف إلى ترسيخ مبادئ القيادة التحويلية داخل المؤسسات العمومية مع التركيز على الجوانب الإنسانية والتنموية في العلاقة بين القائد والمرؤوس.

Abstract This study aimed to highlight the role of transformational leadership in improving the quality of work life at the Directorate of Public Works in El Tarf Province. To achieve the study’s objectives, a questionnaire was designed to collect data from a sample representing 100% of the population. Appropriate statistical methods were used to test the hypotheses through the SPSS V.26 program. The results revealed a correlational relationship between transformational leadership and the quality of work life at the Directorate of Public Works in El Tarf Province. Accordingly, the study recommends investing in the development of leadership competencies through targeted training programs aimed at embedding the principles of transformational leadership within public institutions, with an emphasis on the human and developmental aspects of the leader-subordinate relationship.
