إجراءات البحث والتحري عن الجريمة الإلكترونية

Abstract

تُعدّ الجرائم الإلكترونية من أحدث الجرائم في عالمنا المعاصر، ومع ازدياد وتطور التكنولوجيا، كان لا بد للجهات المعنية بالتحقيق والبحث من تطوير قدراتها في مواجهة هذا النوع من الجرائم. وقد ناقشنا في هذه الدراسة الإجراءات التي تتبعها الجهات للحصول على الأدلة المناسبة لإثبات هذا النوع من الجرائم. تناولنا في الفصل الأول الجانب النظري للجرائم الإلكترونية من خلال البحث في ماهية هذا النوع الجديد من الجرائم، كما تعاملنا مع الجهات المعنية بالتحقيق فيه. أما الفصل الثاني من هذه الدراسة، فقد تناولنا فيه آليات البحث والتحقيق في الجرائم الإلكترونية، من خلال بحث ومناقشة الآليات التقليدية والحديثة.

Cybercrime is considered one of the newest crimes in our contemporary world, and with the increase and development of technology, it was necessary for the agencies charged with investigation and research to develop their capabilities facing this type of crime. We discussed in this study the procedure adopted by the agencies to get the appropriate evidence to prove this type of crime. In the first chapter, we dealt with the theoretical aspect of cybercrime by researching what this new type of crime is, and we also dealt with the concerned authorities to investigate it. As for the second chapter of this study, we dealt with the mechanisms of research and investigation of cybercrime, by researching and discussing the traditional and the new mechanisms
