Abstract

أدى التطور التقني في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصالات لأخطار غير مسبوقة على مستوى الحق في حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي، الأمر الذي دفع بالمشرعين من دول عدة على غرار المشرع الجزائري لوضع الإطار القانوني الذي يحدد ضوابط المعالجة القانونية للبيانات و يسطر الأحكام الوقائية و الآليات الرقابية و الردعية الكفيلة بحمايتها، و هو ما يعكس الصحة القانونية ل لقوانين الوطنية في محاربة انتهاك حق الخصوصية على المعطيات الشخصية.
