دور الاتصال الخارجي بين المؤسسة التربوية و أولياء التلاميذ دراسة ميدانية بمدرستي قداش طاهر و داواي عمار " بالطارف"

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم قنوات الاتصال بين المؤسسة التربوية وأولياء التلاميذ ودوره في تعزيز العلاقة بين وأولياء التلاميذ، حاولنا من خلال دراستنا للإجابة عن السؤال ا لمركزي: ما هو دور الاتصال الخارجي بين المؤسسة ال تربوية وأولياء التلاميذ ؟ واعتمدنا على إجراءات وأسس منهجية في الدراسة الميدانية، حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أما بالنسبة للأدوات والتقنيات المستخدمة في جمع المعطيات الميدانية تم الاعتماد على المقابلة والاستبيان واعتمدنا ع ي نة الحصر الشامل التي كان حجمها 40 مفردة متمثلة في أساتذة وإداريين في مدرستي قداش الطاهر و دواي عمار الطارف، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أ ن الاتصال الخارجي بين المؤسسة التربوية وأولياء التلاميذ يلعب دورا محوريا في العملية التعليمية، كما أظهرت النتائج آن وجود قنوات اتصال فعالة يساهم في إشراك الأولياء في العملية التربوية.

The study aims to identify the most important communication channels between the educational institution and the parents of students, and its role in strengthening the relationship between the school and the parents. Through our study, and in order to answer the central question: What is the role of external communication between the educational institution and the parents of students? - we relied on methodological procedures and foundations in the field study, where the descriptive-analytical method was followed. As for the tools and techniques used to collect field data, we relied on interviews and questionnaires, and we adopted a comprehensive survey sample consisting of 40 participants, including teachers and administrators from Qaddash Tahar School and Douai Ammar School in El Tarf. The results of the study showed that external communication between the educational institution and the parents of students plays a pivotal role in the educational process. The results also revealed that the existence of effective communication channels contributes to involving parents in the educational process.
