| dc.description.abstract | هدف هذا البحث إلى د ا رسة دور الأنترنت في تسهيل عملية التجارة الإلكترونية حول ما يتعلق بالأنترنت ومدى قدرتها على تسهيل عملية التجارة الإلكترونية، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة عشوائية على عمال مؤسسة الوكالة التجارية لاتصالات الج ا زئر –بالطارف-، قوامها 20 مفردة، وقد خلصت الد ا رسة إلى أن أغلب المبحوثين يرون بأن المؤسسة تعتمد على الأنترنت وأن الطرق التي تستخدمها الوكالة في الترويج لمنتجاتها تتم عبر الأنترنت، وأن تقديمها للخدمات تتم عن طريق العملاء. الكلمات المفتاحية: -الأنترنت، التجارة الإلكترونية. | |
