Abstract

تسعى هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرّف على دور التّمكين الإداري في تحقيق الإبداع التّنظيمي بغرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف بولاية الطارف، ومعرفة مستوى التمكين الإداري واتجاه الإبداع التنظيمي لدى عمال المؤسسة وعلاقاتهم ببعضهم في المؤسسة وكانت النّتائج أنه توجد علاقة بين التّمكين الإداري والإبداع التّنظيمي لدى المؤسسة قيد الدّراسة.

This study seeks to identify the role of administrative empowerment in achieving organizational creativity in the Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts in the state of El Tarf, and to know the level of administrative empowerment and the direction of organizational creativity among workers The institution and their relationships with each other in the institution. The results were that there is a relationship between administrative empowerment and organizational creativity in the institution under study
