الضمانات الإتفاقية للإستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر

Abstract

خصصت الدولة الجزائرية، كغيرها من الدول، مجموعة من الضمانات والحوافز لمصلحة المستثمر الأجنبي في إطار اتفاقيات ثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف، سعيًا منها لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والنهوض باقتصادها. وقد تعززت هذه الضمانات بصدور القانون 16-09 المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار، وذلك بهدف تشجيع الاستثمارات الأجنبية وجذب رؤوس الأموال نظرًا لحاجتها The Algerian state has devoted, in order to achieve economic development and the advancement of its economy, like other countries, a set of guarantees and incentives for the benefit of the foreign investor within bilateral and multilateral agreements. These guarantees have been further strengthened by the issuance of Law 16-09 related to the promotion of investment, and this is all in order to encourage foreign investments and attract capital given his need.
