Abstract

دراستنا كانت تهتم بتسليط الضوء على "دور مفتشية العمل في توفير الحماية الاجتماعية للعمل من أجل تحقيق الأمن للعمال" وحمايتهم من المخاطر والحوادث التي يتعرضون لها أثناء أداء العمل داخل المؤسسات، حيث أن لمفتشية العمل دور فعال من خلال الإجراءات ودورات الرقابة والأمن الصحي، وهي خطوة هامة ومضمونة وفعالة لتوفير حماية واسعة للأفراد، وهذا يشمل التأمين الصحي، والسلامة المهنية، ومستقبل معيشي أفضل لجميع أفراد الطبقة العامة، حيث تهدف دراستنا إلى تشخيص "دور مفتشية العمل في تحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للعمال" عن قرب. أجرينا دراسة ميدانية داخل مفتشية العمل بالدولة لولاية الطارف، ودراسة تحليلية، واعتمدنا على جمع البيانات والمعلومات حول دور مفتشية العمل في توفير الحماية الاجتماعية للعامل، من خلال اتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي واستخدام البيانات كأحد الأساليب الكمية والمساعدة في تحليل بيانات الدراسة لإبراز دور مفتشية العمل. واستندت النتائج على حقيقة أن مفتشية العمل تحمي العامل وتحفزه على العمل، كما تعمل على توفير المتطلبات وإتمام جميع الإجراءات التنظيمية والتأمين الصحي له، حيث تقدم جميع خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية للعمال.

Our study was concerned with highlighting “the role of the Labor Inspectorate in providing social protection for work in order to achieve security for working people” and protecting them from the risks and accidents they are exposed to while performing work within institutions, as the Labor Inspectorate has an effective role through procedures and oversight courses. And health security, and it is an important, guaranteed, and effective step to provide broad protection for individuals, and this is for health insurance, occupational safety, and a better living future for all people of the general class, as our study aims to closely diagnose “the role of the labor inspectorate in achieving social protection for workers.” '. Where we conducted a field study within the State Labor Inspectorate for the state of Al-Tarf, and an analytical study, we relied on collecting data and information on the role of the Labor Inspectorate in providing social protection for the worker, by following the descriptive and analytical approach and using data as one of the quantitative methods and helping in analyzing the study data to highlight the Labor Inspectorate, and The findings were based on the fact that the Labor Inspectorate protects the worker and motivates him to work. It also works to provide requirements and fulfills all regulatory procedures and health insurance for him, as it provides all social protection services for workers.
