LES EHRLICHIOSES DU CHIEN : ÉTUDE BIBLIOGRAPHIQUE

Abstract

Résumé : L’ehrlichiose canine est une maladie grave et potentiellement mortelle chez les canidés domestiques et sauvages. Cette maladie est reconnue avec une fréquence de plus grande dans beaucoup de parties du monde. Basée sur un examen clinique détaillé et des tests de laboratoire, on constate 03 formes : aigu, subclinique et chronique ; et ceux associés à d’autres maladies tel que la babésiose. Bien qu'il y ait un regroupement entre ces groupes, ils apporteront une aide au clinicien pour son diagnostic et permettront la mise en oeuvre d'une thérapeutique spécifique avant que la maladie ne progresse à un stade chronique irréversible. This disease is recognized with a frequency of larger in much of parts of the world. Based on a detailed clinical examination and tests of laboratory, one notes 03 forms:acute, subclinic and chronic; and those associated other disease such as the babésiosis. Although there is a regrouping between these groups, they will bring a help to the clinician for his diagnosis and will allow the implementation of therapeutic specific before the disease does not progress at an irreversible chronic stage. Serology. الملخص : هو مرض خطير و قاتل عند الكلبيات الأليفة و المتوحشة. هذا المرض معروف " L’ehrlichiose canine" بانتشاره الكبير في العالم؛ يعتمد تشخيصه على تجارب مخبريه دقيقة، حيث نجد عنده ثلاث حالات :الحادة، القليلة الحدة و يجتمع خاصة مع أفراد مجموعته. يساعد الطبيب "Babésiose" المزمنة؛ يستطيع الاجتماع مع الأمراض الأخرى مثل البيطري المتمرس في تشخيص هذا المرض بالاستعانة بالدواء المناسب قبل أن يتطور المرض إلى الحالة المزمنة و المستعصية.
