Abstract

This study aims to shed light on one of the Islamic finance Tools, which has increased the volume of dealing with it due to its global importance, and it Is the Islamic Sukuk, which Is considered a legitimate alternative to interest-based financing, Where we will detect about identifying the concepts of Islamic finance and Islamic sukuk and the various risks that they are exposed to, in addition to studying developments in the volume of sukuk issuances in the world, by reviewing some of the leading international conflicts in the areas of issuing sukuk. This study concluded that Islamic sukuk has contributed to covering many Financial Resource needs such as budget deficits, financing infrastructure projects and advancing economic growth. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إحدى أدوات التمويل الإسلامي التي ازداد حجم التعامل بها نظرًا لأهميتها العالمية، وهي الصكوك الإسلامية، التي تُعتبر بديلاً شرعيًا للتمويل الربوي. وسنتناول في هذه الدراسة تحديد مفهومي التمويل الإسلامي والصكوك الإسلامية، والمخاطر المختلفة التي يتعرضان لها، بالإضافة إلى دراسة تطورات حجم إصدارات الصكوك عالميًا، من خلال استعراض بعض أبرز الصراعات الدولية في مجال إصدار الصكوك. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصكوك الإسلامية ساهمت في تغطية العديد من احتياجات الموارد المالية، مثل عجز الموازنة، وتمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية، ودفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي
