Abstract

هدفت دراستنا إلى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تقليل ضغوط العمل على أستاذ الجامعة. وذلك لأن التطور الذي يحدث في المجتمع شمل جميع المجالات، وخاصة تلك المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا. وتعد مؤسسة التعليم العالي من بين المؤسسات التي تسعى لمواكبة هذا التطور التكنولوجي. لذلك، أردنا معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات المستخدمة داخل نظام التعليم الجامعي في التخفيف من الضغوط المختلفة التي يواجهها أستاذ الجامعة، باعتباره المحرك للعملية التعليمية. فهو الذي ينتج وينقل محتويات تعليمية متنوعة باستخدام هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية. لذلك، تم طرح السؤال المركزي التالي: هل تساهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تخفيف ضغوط العمل على أساتذة الجامعات؟ ثم تفرعنا إلى ثلاثة أسئلة للدراسة، وهي: * ما هي المعلومات* هل تسهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في زيادة مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة؟ * هل تسهم المنصات الإلكترونية المعتمدة في الجامعة في تقليل عبء العمل عن أستاذ الجامعة؟ للرد على هذه الأسئلة الدراسية، أجرينا مسحًا شمل أساتذة في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة شاذلي بن جديد - الطارف - حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، الذي يتوافق مع دراستنا. كما اعتمدنا على الملاحظة المنظمة في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية، والتي تزامنت مع دورة تدريبية نظمتها الكلية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالدرجات الأفقية، والتي تهدف إلى معرفة وتقييم وتحسين معرفة وخبرات الأساتذة حول هيكلة الدرس من خلال منصة Moodle التعليمية. كما اعتمدنا على الاستمارة كأداة بحثية ثانية في هذه الدراسة. وقد تم توزيعها على 35 أستاذًا في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية وشملت...يستخدم أساتذة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في العملية التعليمية. * لا توفر كلية العلوم الاجتماعية الإمكانيات المالية اللازمة للاعتماد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في العملية التعليمية. * استخدام أستاذ الجامعة لوسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في العملية التعليمية يسهل عليه أداء مهامه بشكل كبير، وهذا واضح في جوانب عديدة، بما في ذلك: الوقت، التنوع، اختصار الجهد، زيادة المعرفة ونقلها بطريقة مرنة. * لا يجد أستاذ الجامعة في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية صعوبات في استخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في العملية التعليمية، لأن هذه الوسائل تتميز بـ

Our study aimed to identify the role of information and communication technology in reducing the work pressures of the university professor. This is because the development taking place in society included all fields, especially those related to technology. The institution of higher education is among the institutions that seek to keep pace with this technological development. Therefore, we wanted to know the role played by the means of information and communication technology that are used within the university educational system in alleviating the various pressures that the university professor faces as he is the engine of the educational process. He is the one who produces and transmits various educational contents using these technological means. Therefore, the following central question was raised: Does information and communication technology contribute to easing work pressures on university professors? Then we branched out into three questions for the study, namely: * What information and communication technology does the university professor use? * Does information and communication technology contribute to increasing the level of job satisfaction for university professors? * Do the electronic platforms adopted at the university contribute to reducing the workload of the university professor? To answer these questions of the study. We conducted a survey that included a professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Chadly Ben Jedid University - Al-Taref - where the descriptive approach was relied upon, which is compatible with our study. We also relied on the organized observation in the College of Social Sciences, which coincided with the training session that the college conducted for the teachers of the horizontal scales, which aims to know, evaluate and improve the knowledge and experiences of the teachers about structuring the lesson through the* Moodle* educational platform. We also relied on the form as a second research tool in this study. This was distributed to 35 professors at the Faculty of Social Sciences and included four main axes that were mainly associated with the questions of the study. After data collection and unloading. It was analyzed and we extracted a set of partial results of the study, considering the sub-questions, and then the general results of the study. and the most important : X * The professors of the Faculty of Social Sciences use information and communication technology in the educational process. * The College of Social Sciences does not provide the financial capabilities necessary to rely on information and communication technology in the educational process. * The university professor's use of the means of information and communication technology in the educational process makes it easier for him to perform his jobs in a large way, and this is evident in many respects, including: time. Diversity. voltage abbreviation. Increase knowledge and transfer it in a flexible way. * The university professor in the College of Social Sciences does not find difficulties in using the means of information and communication technology in the educational process, because these means are characterized by flexibility and ease of use and provide clear effectiveness in many aspects.
