التنمية المهنية و اثرها على الاداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية بثناوية بوراوي لعريضي الصادق الطارف

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين التطوير المهني والأداء الوظيفي لدى معلمي ثانوية براوي العريضي الصادق بالطرف. وُزّعت الدراسة على عينة قصدية قوامها 45 معلمًا ومعلمة من معلمي ثانوية براوي العريضي الصادق بالطرف، واعتمدت على الأساليب الإحصائية التقليدية، وفكّكت البيانات التالية وحللتها:

النسب المئوية: لعرض خصائص أفراد العينة ومعدلات استجاباتهم على الفقرات المختلفة.

الجداول البسيطة والدوائر النسبية: من خلال البيانات والنتائج الجزئية التي عُرضت حول موضوع التطوير المهني وأثره على الأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين بثانوية بوراوي العريضي الصادق بالطارف، تمكنا من حصر مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل في: 1- يُسهم التطوير المهني بشكل فعال وحاسم في تطوير وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي. 2- أجرت المؤسسة تغييرات تنظيمية متنوعة وناجحة، لا سيما في المجال التكنولوجي، وإدخال آليات ووسائل تكنولوجية حديثة. 3- فعالية عملية التدريب وتغطيتها لنواقص واحتياجات المعلمين، من خلال الدورات التكوينية والمنتديات واللقاءات والزيارات التفتيشية. 4- مدى فعالية عملية التدريب وتغطيتها لنواقص واحتياجات المعلمين، من خلال الدورات التكوينية والملتقيات واللقاءات والزيارات التفتيشية. 5- مدى فعالية عملية التدريب وتغطيتها لنواقص واحتياجات المعلمين. ٤- قبول الفرضية العامة القائلة بوجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين التطوير المهني والأداء الوظيفي لدى المعلمين في ثانوية بوراوي الثانية للعريضي الصادق بالطارف.

٥- توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التكوين المهني والأداء الوظيفي لدى المعلمين في ثانوية بوراوي العريضي الصادق بالطارف.

٦- توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين تكنولوجيا الاتصال والإعلام والأداء الوظيفي لدى المعلمين في ثانوية بوراوي العريضي الصادق بالطارف.

This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between professional development and job performance among teachers at Borawi Laraydhi Al-Sadiq High School in Al-Tarf. It was distributed to an intentional sample of 45 individuals from Borawi High School teachers of Aridi Al-Sadiq in Al-Tarf, and it relied on traditional statistical methods, unpacking and analyzing the following data: Percentages: to display the characteristics of the sample members and the rates of responses to the various items. Simple Tables and Relative Circles: Through the data and partial results that were presented on the subject of professional development and its impact on the job performance of teachers at Borawi Laraydhi El-Sadiq High School in El-Tarf, we were able to narrow down a set of results represented in: 1- Professional development contributes effectively and decisively to the development and improvement of job performance. 2- The institution has made various and successful organizational changes, especially in the technological field, and the introduction of modern technological mechanisms and means. 3- The effectiveness of the training process and its coverage of teachers’ shortcomings and needs, through formative courses, forums, meetings and inspection sessions. 4- Acceptance of the general hypothesis that there is a correlation between professional development and job performance in a positive way among teachers in Borawi's second by Eridi El-Sadiq in El-Tarf. 5- There is a correlative relationship between vocational training and job performance among teachers at Bouraoui Laraidhi El-Sadiq High School in El Tarf. 6- There is a correlative relationship between communication technology, media and job performance among teachers at Bourawi Laredhi El-Sadiq High School in Al-Tarf.
