dc.description.abstract هدفت الد ا رسة الى التعرف على إصلاحات الجيل الثاني ودورها في الإتصال الداخلي في المؤسسة التربوية الج ا زئرية, والتعرف على مكانته وواقعه حيث أن الإتصال يعتبر عملية تعليمية تفاعلية بين المرسل والمستقبل المعلم والمتعلم وكل الفاعلين في المؤسسة التربوية وحاولنا الكشف عن واقعه الحقيقي وتبين أنه يجب أن يكون هناك إتصال داخلي في المؤسسة لنجاح الإصلاحات الجديدة ,أما فيا يخص المنهج فلقد إستعملنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهو الأنسب والملائم لهذه الد ا رسة وقد أجريت الد ا رسة على 42 مبحوث ،وقدمت الد ا رسة بعض النتائج التي يجب النظر فيها من قبل الهيئات المختصة لتفادي الوقوع في نفس المغالطات و التعث ا رت عند القيام بإصلاحات أخرى ومعالجة النقائص للسير الحسن والجيد وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة . الكلمات المفتاحية: إصلاحات الجيل الثاني ،الإتصال الداخلي في المؤسسة التربوية
dc.description.sponsorship The study aimed to identify the reforms of the second generation and its role in internal communication in the Algerian educational institution, and to identify its position and reality, as communication is an interactive educational process between the sender and the future teacher, the learner and all the actors in the educational institution. We tried to uncover his true reality and show that there must be contact Internal in the institution for the success of the new reformsAs for the approach, we used the descriptive and analytical approach, which is the most appropriate and appropriate for this study.
