Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التكوين المهني، في نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الشباب ، حيث أجريت ميدانيا بمركز التكوين المهني علام منور بالطارف، و انطلقت من الفرضية رئيسية التالية: التكوين المهني له دور في نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى المتربصين وتفرعت الى فرضيات فرعية كالأتي - تساهم البرامج التكوينية في نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى المتربصين. - تساهم الوسائل والإمكانيات الموجودة في التكوين المهني في تعزيز روح المقاولاتية لدى الشباب. - الأساتذة المكونين لهم دور في ترسيخ قيم المقاولاتية لدى الشباب. أما مجتمع البحث متكون من متربصين وأساتذة ، وعينة البحث بلغ عددها 21 مفرد ، استخدمنا استمارة وملاحظة ومقابلة إضافة إلى ذلك المنهج الوصفي وبعد جمع البيانات من عينة البحث تم تفريغها في جداول إحصائية وحساب تكراراتها ونسبها المئوية ، ومن ثم قراءة البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها واستخلاص النتائج المتوصل إليها: - البرامج التكوينية المعتمدة في مؤسسة التكوين المهني ، أصبحت تتضمن مكونات تهدف بشكل مباشر إلى ترسيخ ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى المتربصين. - الأساتذة المكونين يلعبون دورا أساسيا في ترسيخ ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الشباب، ليس فقط من خلال التكوين البيداغوجي بل أيضا عبر التوجيه والتحفيز ونقل التجارب. - والذين يؤكدون الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي بان للتكوين المهني دور في نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية لدى المتربصين . Summary:

This study aimed to identify the role of vocational training in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among young people. It was conducted in the field at the Allam Menour Vocational Training Center in El Tarf. It contained the following main hypothesis: Vocational training plays a role in spreading entrepreneurial culture among trainees, and this research is divided into sub-hypotheses as follows: - Training programs contribute to spreading entrepreneurial culture among trainees. - The means and capabilities available in vocational training contribute to strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit among young people. - The training professors play a role in instilling entrepreneurial values among young people. The research community consists of trainees and professors, and the research sample numbered 21 individuals. We used a questionnaire, observation, and interview in addition to the descriptive method. After collecting data from the research sample, it was entered into statistical tables and its frequencies and percentages were calculated. Then, the data was read, analyzed, interpreted, and the results reached were extracted: The training programs approved by the Vocational Training Institution now include components that directly aim to instill an entrepreneurial culture in trainees. - The training professors play a key role in instilling an entrepreneurial culture among young people, not only through pedagogical training but also through guidance, motivation, and the transfer of experience.

Those who confirm the answer to the main question is that vocational training has a role in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among trainees.
