Abstract

تناولت هذه الد راسة موضوعا جديدا و هو الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلبة الجامعيين في استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية موودل و كان الهدف منها هو الكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلبة في استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية و ذلك بطرح التساؤل الرئيسي : ما هي الصعوبات التيتواجه الطلبة الجامعيين في استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية ؟ و تتفرع عنه مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية الآتية : • ما هي صعوبات استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية من طرف الطلبة الجامعين ؟ • ما هي الصعوبات المادية و التقنية التي تواجه الطلبة الجامعيين في استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية؟ • ما هي الصعوبات ذات الطابع البيداغوجي التي تواجه الطلبة الجامعيين في استخدام المنصا ت الرقمية التعليمية ؟ و لإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ,و طبق على عين ة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية و الإنسانية بجماعة الشاذلي بن جديد -بالطارف –و اعتمدنا على استمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين ,و بعد إج ا رء الد ا رسة الميدانية توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج تمثلت أهمها في ما يلي : كشفت الد راسة أن الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلبة الجامعيين في استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية تتجسد في : صعوبات مرتبطة بالطالب الجامعي، صعوبات مادية و تقنية و صعوبات ذات طابع بيداغوجي، وهذا على النحو التالي. ✓ الصعوبات المرتبطة بالطلبة في استخدام المنصات الرقمية التعليمية تتمثل في نقص الرغبة لديهم وعدم تحكمهم في الأعلام الآلي واللغة الإنجليزية . ✓ الصعوبات المادية والتقنية في استخدام الطلبة للمنصات الرقمية التعليمية تتمثل أساسا في المسائل المرتبطة بأجهزة الإعلام الآلي المستخدمة من طرف هم وتغطية شبكة الانترنيت . ✓ الصعوبات ذات الطابع البيداغوجي التي تواجه الطلبة الجامعي ينفي استخدامهم للمنصات الرقمية التعليمية تتعلق بالمحتوى التعليمي وأثره على الاستيعاب والتحصيل . This study addressed a new topic, which is the difficulties that university students face in using educational digital platforms Moodle. Its aim was to reveal the difficulties that students face in using educational digital platforms, by asking the main question: What are the difficulties that university students face in using digital platforms? Educational? It branches out from a group of the following sub-questions: What are the difficulties of using digital platforms by university students? What are the financial and technical difficulties facing university students in using digital platforms? What are the difficulties of a pedagogical nature that university students face in using the platforms? To answer these questions, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and it was applied to a group of students from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences in the Chadli Ben Jadid community - in Al-Tarf - and we relied on a questionnaire to collect data from the respondents. After conducting the field study, we reached a set of results, which were: The most important ones are as follows The study revealed that the difficulties facing university students in using educational digital platforms are embodied in: The difficulties associated with university students in using digital platforms are embodied in: Difficulties associated with the university student: financial and technical difficulties - difficulties of a pedagogical nature. The difficulties of using educational digital platforms associated with university students were evident: Their lack of desire and lack of control over automated media and the English language. The material and technical difficulties facin university students in using educational digital platforms became clear in the challenges associated with the automated media devices they use and Internet coverage. The difficulties of a pedagogical nature in the use of educational digital platforms by university students were represented by challenges related to educational content, comprehension, and achievement.
