Technique d’élevage de la dinde chair, souche big 9, dans la région Mila

Abstract

RESUME Départ de son importance et sa destination final, l’élevage de la dinde de chair mobilise différents facteurs tout au long de son circuit pour mettre au point des systèmes adéquats. Cette étude est un décryptage de l’évolution des différents aspects de l‘élevage en comparaison avec les données théoriques afin d’assurer un élevage réussi. A la lumière des résultats obtenus, nous constatons que le nombre de mortalité est élevé, donc l’expérience de cet élevage est un élément essentiel pour assurer la réussite de ce genre d’élevage tout en garantissant des formations cycliques pour développer ces élevages Mot clés : Dinde, facteurs, systèmes, mortalité. SUMMARY: Due to its importance and its ultimate destination, turkey breeding harnesses various factors throughout its circuit to develop suitable systems. This study is a deciphering of the evolution of the different aspects of the breeding in comparison with the theoretical data in order to ensure a successful breeding. In the light of the results obtained, we note that the number of mortalities is high, so the experience of this breeding is an essential element to ensure the success of this type of farming while guaranteeing cyclical training to develop these farms Keywords: Turkey, factors, systems, mortality. ملخص: نظرا لأھمیتھ ووجھتھا النھائیة , تربیة لحم الدیك الرومي تحشد عوامل مختلفة في جمی ع أنحاء ال دائرة الرامیة إلى تطویر نظم ملائمة , ھذه الدراسة ھي فك التشفیر لتطور مختلف أسالیب التربی ة في المقارن ة م ع البیانات النظریة لضمان تربیة ناجحة,في ضوء النتائج المتحصل علیھا من عدد الموتى وال ذي ك ان ضئیلا ، تبین أن اجتھاد ودرایة الفلاح بھذه التربیة كان عنصرا أساسیا لضمان نجاح تربیة الدیك الرومي، وم ن اجل ھذا لابد من إنشاء دورات تكوینیة لتوعیة الفلاحین ودعمھم بمختلف الوسائل لتطویر ھذه التربیة. الكلمات المفتاحیة: الدیك الرومي، العوامل، أسالیب، الموتى.
