Abstract

أهم ما يميز العصر الحالي هو الثروة التكنولوجية والرقمية التي نشهدها اليوم، والتي أصبحت موجودة في جميع المجالات والمجالات. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى كشف دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات في بلدية الطارف. كما توصلنا في نهاية هذه الدراسة إلى أن الرقمنة كان لها تأثير إيجابي على تحسين أداء الموظفين في بلدية الطارف، على الرغم من النواقص القائمة. ومن خلال النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها، نرى أنه من الضروري تعميم تطبيق الرقمنة في جميع البلديات وعلى جميع المستويات بسبب تأثيرها المباشر في تحسين الخدمة المقدمة للمواطن.The most important thing that distinguishes the current era is the technological and digital wealth that is experienced today, which has become in all fields and fields. This study aimed to reveal the role of digitization in improving the quality of services in the municipality of Al-Tarf. We also concluded at the end of this study that digitization had It had a positive impact on improving the performance of employees in the municipality of Al-Tarf, despite the existing shortcomings. Through the results obtained, we see that it is necessary to generalize the application of digitization in all municipalities and at all levels because of its direct impact in improving the service provided to the citizen.
