إستراتيجيات المرافقة والتطوير لدعم نمو المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر -دراسة حالة-

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان: "استراتيجيات المرافقة والتطوير لدعم نمو المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر-دراسة حالة-"، إلى تحليل وتقييم االستراتيجيات المتبعة لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، واستكشاف أفضل الممارسات والتجارب الدولية التي يمكن تطبيقها لتحفيز النمو واالبتكار في هذا القطاع الحيوي. استعملنا في الدراسة العديد من أدوات البحثمنها المسح المكتبي ومذكرات الدراسات ذات العالقة، باإلضافة ألهم المواقع التي تعني بقطاع المؤسسات الناشئة سواء على الصعيد الوطني أو الصعيد الدولي. خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها أن قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر لقي دعما ً ومرافقة قوية من مختلف السلطات العمومية في الجزائر من خالل توفير التمويل، وإنشاء حاضنات األعمال، وتقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة، وتطوير البيئة التشريعية والتنظيمية. كما تعد التجارب الدولية في تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة كوريا الجنوبية، يمكن االستفادة منهالبعض الدول مثل: الواليات المتحدة، ولزيادة تطوير ودعم نمو المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر We aim through this study, entitled "Strategies of Accompaniment and Development to Support the Growth of Start-ups in Algeria - A Case Study," to analyze and evaluate the strategies employed to support start-ups in Algeria, and to explore the best practices and international experiences that can be applied to stimulate growth and innovation in this vital sector. In this study, we utilized various research tools, including desk surveys and relevant study reports, in addition to important websites related to the start-up sector both nationally and internationally. The study concluded with several key findings, most notably that the start-up sector in Algeria has received strong support and accompaniment from various public authorities in Algeria through the provision of funding, the establishment of business incubators, the offering of specialized training programs, and the development of the legislative and regulatory environment. Additionally, international experiences in the development of start-ups in countries such as the United States and South Korea can be leveraged to further develop and support the growth of start-ups in Algeria.
