دور التعلم المقاولاتي في تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة- دراسة حالة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تفسير دور التعلم المقاولاتي في تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة، حيث تم تمثيل التعلم المقاولاتي بالأبعاد: المهارات التقنية، المهارات الادارية، المهارات الشخصية. وتمثلت الدراسة التطبيقية في دراسة استطلاعية شملت طلبة جامعة الطارف، حيث تم استعمال الاستمارة كأداة جمع البيانات من عينة من الطلبة قدرها 40 طالبا من جامعة الطارف. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستعمال النسخة 26 من برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية "SPSS"، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود دور للتعلم المقاولاتي بأبعاده الثلاثة المتمثلة في: المهارات التقنية، المهارات الإدارية والمهارات الشخصية في تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج المفصلة حول دور التعلم المقاولاتي في تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الاقتراحات ذات الصلة بالموضوع.

This study aimed to explain the role of entrepreneurial learning in the development of startups, where entrepreneurial learning was represented by three dimensions: technical skills, managerial skills, and personal skills. The applied study consisted of an exploratory survey involving students from the University of El Tarf, using a questionnaire as the data collection tool from a sample of 40 students from the University of El Tarf. After analyzing the data using version 26 of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the study reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of a role for entrepreneurial learning in its three dimensions—technical skills, managerial skills, and personal skills—in developing startups. The study also presented a set of detailed findings regarding the role of entrepreneurial learning in the development of startups, in addition to a number of suggestions related to the topic.
