Abstract

الإشراف هو أحد الوظائف في العمل التي يمكن من خلالها للمسؤولين الإداريين التحقق من مدى تنفيذ الأهداف المحددة للمؤسسة. إنها وظيفة تمكّن من مراجعة العمل الذي يتم تنفيذه وكذلك توضيح أسباب الإهمال في العمل وكيفية معالجتها لمنع حدوث مثل هذه الانحرافات مرة أخرى. إنها وظيفة مهمة وأساسية لجميع المستويات الإدارية، وهي عملية مرتبطة بجميع الوظائف الإدارية الأخرى. وهي مرتبطة بالتخطيط وتساعد المسؤولين على اكتشاف الانحرافات والمشكلات التي قد تظهر في الخطة إذا لزم الأمر. كما أنها مرتبطة مباشرة بالتنظيم وتكشف للمسؤولين عن أي خلل قد يتسلل إلى الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسة. يرتبط التحكم بالتنسيق وإصدار الأوامر، حيث يتمكن المسؤول من متابعة الأوامر والتعليمات التي يصدرها للعمال ومدى تنفيذهم لها أو عدمه، ومعالجة الأسباب أو القضاء عليها.- الوقت هو أحد أهم عناصر الإدارة. إنه من الأشياء الأكثر قيمة التي يمتلكها الفرد، ومن لا يستطيع إدارة وقته يعتبر أن إدارة الوقت من الأساسيات التي يجب أن نعتني بها في حياتنا اليومية بشكل عام والحياة الإدارية بشكل خاص، لأن الإدارة الجيدة مرتبطة ارتباطًا وثيقًا بتطور المؤسسة وتقدمها في جميع نواحيها، خاصة في ظل التكنولوجيا الحديثة التي تتميز بالسرعة والحداثة. - تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف نظام الرقابة وأثره على إدارة الوقت في البنك الوطني بولاية الطارف. في الفصل الأول تم تحديد المشكلة، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، وأهميته وأهدافه، وتم تعريف المفاهيم الأساسية والمنهجية المتبعة. اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي كضرورة بحثية، واخترنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. تم تسجيل البيانات الخاصة بالدراسة من حيث المكان والزمان والبشر، واخترنا عينة مكونة من 30 شخصًا، وهي المكونة - في الفصل الثاني قامت بمراجعة الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة والنظريات المقترحة، وفي الفصل الثالث قامت بمراجعة نظام الرقابة وأهدافه وأهميته وخصائصه......- في الفصل الرابع أجرينا مراجعة ميدانية للدراسة، وحللنا البيانات، وتوصلنا إلى نتائج عامة حول نظام الرقابة وإدارة الوقت ودور كل منهما في مساعدة المنظمة على تحقيق أهدافها والعمل على اكتشاف الانحرافات لمعالجتها وحلها، وتأثير نظام الرقابة على إدارة الوقت في المؤسسة الجزائرية. Oversight is one of the function at work though which administrative officials can verify the extent of implemetation of the objectives, set for the instituation it is a function that enables revieving the work, that is being performed as well as showing the reasons for negligence in the work , and how to adress it to prevent the occurrence of such deviations again it is an important function and essential for all administrqtive levels ans is a processs linked to all other administrative function it is related to plaming and helps officials detect deviations and problems , that may appear in the plan if necessary it is directly connected to the organization, and reveals to those responible any defect that ,my seep into the organization organizational structure control is liked to coordination and issing orders as the official is able to follow up on the orders and instructions he gives to zorkes and the exten to which they imple,ent themaor not and the address or eliminite the the causes of negligence . -The time is one of the most important of management .it is most valuable things an individual possesses whoever, can not manage analing there fore time manage,ent is considered one of basics that we must take care of in our daily life in general and adimistrative life imparaticular since gool management it is closely linked to the development of the instituqtion and its development in all aspects especially in light of modern technology that is characterized by spead and modernity . - this study soght to reveal the control system and its impact on time management at the national bank of al taref, in the first chapter the problem was identified the reasons for choosing the topic its importance and objective and the basic concepts and approach were difined we rehiedon the dexriptive approach as a research necessity and chose the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data ,the study records were spatial temporal and human and ze chose the sample consisting og 30 prople which is the comprehensive survey sample. -In the second chapter ze reviewed previous studies related to the subject of the syudy and theries proposed in the thurd chapter ze reviewed the control system its objectives importance and خٍِض characteristcs…….. -In the fourth chapter we conducted a field review of the study analywed the data, and reached general results about the control syste, and time management and the role of each of them , in helping the organization achieve its goals and working to discover deviations in order to work on them and solve them and the effect of the control system on time management in the algerian institution .
