Abstract

This study aimed to familiarize yourself with the concept of each of the human resources strategy and the improvement of the services of the institution and to identify the relationship between the two concepts and to find the role that the human resources strategy plays in improving the services of the economic institution, It is considered one of the most prominent economic institutions without a competitor in the Algerian market to the prestigious place that it enjoys nationally and internationally, To achieve the objectives of the study, we adopted the descriptive analytical approach to access the necessary data and information, as a questionnaire was designed to support appropriate statistical methods through (SPSS) and it was concluded that the institution adopts The human resources strategy contributes to improving its services هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم كل من استراتيجية الموارد البشرية وتحسين خدمات المؤسسة، وتحديد العلاقة بين المفهومين، وإيجاد الدور الذي تلعبه استراتيجية الموارد البشرية في تحسين خدمات المؤسسة الاقتصادية، التي تعتبر من أبرز المؤسسات الاقتصادية دون منافس في السوق الجزائري، لما تتمتع به من مكانة مرموقة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة، حيث تم تصميم استبيان مدعوم بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة من خلال برنامج (SPSS)، وتوصلنا إلى أن المؤسسة تتبنى استراتيجية الموارد البشرية التي تساهم في تحسين خدماتها.
