Abstract

يُعد القطب الجزائي الوطني لمكافحة الجرائم المتعلقة بتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، المستحدث بموجب القانون رقم 25-14 المعدل لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية، آلية قضائية متخصصة تهدف إلى تعزيز مكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية والجرائم المرتبطة باستعمال الوسائل الرقمية، ويتمتع هذا القطب باختصاص وطني يشمل كامل التراب الجزائري، مما يتيح له متابعة والتحقيق في الجرائم المعلوماتية التي تتسم بالتعقيد التقني والطابع العابر للحدود، ويعكس استحداثه توجه المشرع الجزائري نحو تطوير السياسة الجنائية ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية، من خلال توفير قضاء متخصص قادر على ضمان فعالية أكبر في البحث والتحقيق والمحاكمة، مع الاستعانة بالخبرة التقنية والتعاون القضائي الوطني والدولي لمواجهة مختلف أشكال الجريمة الإلكترونية. The National Criminal Pole for Combating Crimes Related to Information and Communication Technologies, establishedunder Law No 25-14 amending the Algerian Code of CriminalProcedure, is a specializedjudicialmechanismaimed at strengthening the fightagainstcybercrime and offenses committedthrough digital technologies, This pole enjoysnationwidejurisdictionacross the entire Algerian territory, enablingit to investigate and prosecutecybercrimescharacterized by theirtechnicalcomplexity and transnational nature,Its establishment reflects the Algerian legislator'scommitment to modernizingcriminalpolicy and adapting to technologicaldevelopments by providing a specializedjudicial body capable of ensuringgreaterefficiency in investigation, prosecution, and adjudication, whilerelying on technical expertise and national as well as international judicialcooperation to address the variousforms of cybercrime.
