دور القطاع الفلاحي في تحقيق الامن الغذائي دراسة حالة الجزائر للفترة(2010–2020)

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of the agricultural sector in achieving food security in Algeria for the period between 2010 and 2020, by relying on the descriptive analytical approach in presenting the agricultural capabilities and components in Algeria and analyzing its agricultural yield and the level of achieving food security in parallel with the reforms taking place in this strategic sector. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that Algeria possesses agricultural capabilities and ingredients that qualify it to achieve food security and self-sufficiency in foodstuffs, in addition to making it an important center for exporting foodstuffs to all countries of the world. However, the efforts made to promote the agricultural sector in Algeria are still limited and insufficient, which requires Intensifying it in order to address the various obstacles that stand in the way of its development to the level of the needs and aspirations of the peasants on the one hand and the citizens on the other تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور القطاع الزراعي في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر للفترة الممتدة بين عامي 2010 و2020، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض الإمكانيات والمقومات الزراعية في الجزائر، وتحليل مردودها الزراعي ومستوى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي بالتوازي مع الإصلاحات الجارية في هذا القطاع الاستراتيجي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها أن الجزائر تمتلك إمكانيات ومقومات زراعية تؤهلها لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والاكتفاء الذاتي من المواد الغذائية، بالإضافة إلى جعلها مركزًا مهمًا لتصدير المواد الغذائية إلى جميع دول العالم. إلا أن الجهود المبذولة للنهوض بالقطاع الزراعي في الجزائر لا تزال محدودة وغير كافية، مما يتطلب تكثيفها لمعالجة مختلف المعوقات التي تحول دون تطويره إلى مستوى احتياجات وتطلعات الفلاحين من جهة والمواطنين من جهة أخرى.
