دور التعليم المقاولاتي في تحفير نمو المشاريع الناشئة

Abstract

لقد حظي موضوع التعليم المقاولاتي باهتمام كبير في الآونة الأخيرة من طرف الباحثين والمفكرين، باعتباره من أهم التوجهات التعليمية الحديثة التي أصبحت الجامعات تعتمد عليها لمواكبة التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية التي يشهدها العالم المعاصر. لهذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التعليم المقاولاتي في تحفيز نمو المشاريع الناشئة، من خلال فحص الممارسات التربوية والمناهج المعتمدة في الجامعات ومدى قدرتها على غرس روح المبادرة والابتكار. من خلال هذا المنطلق تمحورت إشكالية دراستنا للبحث والإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: -ما هو دور التعليم المقاولاتي في تحفيز المشاريع الناشئة؟ ويتفرع عن هذا التساؤل ، الأسئلة الفرعية التالية : -ما هي المعارف والمهارات التي يكتسبها الطلبة من خلال التعليم المقاولاتي؟ -ما مدى إدماج التعليم المقاولاتي في المناهج والبرامج التعليمية ؟ - ما هي التحديات التي تواجه تفعيل التعليم المقاولاتي داخل المؤسسات الجامعية؟ ولقد تم الإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة من خلال الدراسة الميدانية في جامعة الشاذلي بن جديد الطارف، ولقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتم الاعتماد على عينة قصدية باستخدام الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة كأداة مساعدة لتعزيز مصداقية النتائج وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 33 مبحوثا وعليه توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - التعليم المقاولاتي عامل أساسي في تنمية مختلف المهارات لدى الطلبة حيث يعزز التفكير الإبداعي ويطور قدرات التواصل والتفاعل. - التعليم المقاولاتي داخل الجامعة مايزال في مرحلة انتقالية بين الطابع النظري والتطبيق العملي. - يواجه التعليم المقاولاتي داخل الجامعة مجموعة من الصعوبات أبرزها ضعف الإمكانيات المادية والبيداغوجية وضعف التأطير والدعم الإداري.

بالانجليزية The topic of entrepreneurial education has recently received significant attention from researchers and scholars, as it is considered one of the most important modern educational trends that universities have adopted to keep pace with the economic, social, and technological transformations currently witnessed worldwide. Therefore, this study aims to identify the role of entrepreneurial education in stimulating the growth of startups by examining the pedagogical practices and curricula adopted in universities and their capacity to instill a spirit of initiative and innovation. Based on this premise, the research problem focuses on answering the following main question: • What is the role of entrepreneurial education in stimulating startups? This main question branches into the following sub-questions: • What knowledge and skills do students acquire through entrepreneurial education? • To what extent is entrepreneurial education integrated into educational curricula and programs? • What are the challenges facing the implementation of entrepreneurial education within university institutions? These questions were addressed through a field study conducted at the Chadli Bendjedid University of El Taref. The study employed a descriptive approach and relied on a purposive sample. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection, complemented by observation to enhance the credibility of the results. The study was applied to a sample of 33 respondents. Consequently, the study reached the following conclusions: • Entrepreneurial education is a fundamental factor in developing various student skills, as it enhances creative thinking and develops communication and interaction abilities. • Entrepreneurial education within the university is still in a transitional phase between theoretical nature and practical application. Entrepreneurial education within the university faces a set of difficulties, most notably the lack of material and pedagogical resources, as well as insufficient supervision and administrative support
